In general, the extensions apply to all ESMobile platforms. The points that, exceptionally, apply to a specific ESMobile platform are marked accordingly (-iOS and -Android).

Points of sale
PS-122675

Addition of a screen that displays the customer list broken down at point of sales level. This way, a separate record is displayed for each customer per branch, serving installations that need to distinguish information by point of sale at a glance.

Access to this screen is provided through the Points of sale option of the main menu. Tapping this option initially displays the full list of points sorted alphabetically by customer name while, at the same time, through the -Sort button, the sorting criterion can be changed. A point can be searched directly by name or address (the “Name, Address” criterion). Alternatively, by tapping the -Search button, searching by other criteria is also possible. Note that, specifically for the customer name & address criteria, phonetic search applies, which means that the search result is the same whether uppercase or lowercase, or Greek or Latin characters are entered. By swiping right on a point record, direct access is provided to the actions of registering a new appointment, order or collection, with the proposed address being that of the selected point.

Focusing on a specific point navigates to its dashboard screen, from which one can review the overall picture of the point. Note that, on the individual pages of the dashboard screen, information is provided that is based on local data and relates to the overall activity of the selected point. The exception is the “Ledger” page, which is provided via an online connection to ERP and displays the customer’s “accounting” statement.

Note

As regards the functionality of points of sale dashboard screen, everything already known about the dashboard screen for customers applies. Detailed information is provided in the Main entities/ Customers/ Dashboard screen section of the MOB-SFALiteUserGuide.

* PS-119092 Extension of the “New customer” screen with the addition of a button for checking whether the customer already exists (via a direct connection to ERP) using the TRN as the identification field. The check is performed by entering the desired TRN on the new customer registration screen and then tapping the T.R.N search field.

In addition, the necessary extensions were made so that it is also possible to modify the data of the new customer before sending it to ERP.
This capability is enabled through the corresponding parameter on page 1-General of the SFALite Configurator. Note that, with the parameter set to this value, the responsibility for the correctness of TRN rests with the user performing the registration.
