It is now possible to also integrate '''the POS receipt''' into document printing. Any information that is reflected on the customer receipt can now be incorporated into the receipt print, simplifying the overall process at the cashier.

The fields are available in various document print form designer tools. To add them to the form you will design, find them in the “Payment terms line” area. These fields are easily identifiable, as they have the '''"POS”''' prefix.


== Register new trade account ==

When registering a document, if a TRN is selected that does not belong to a trade account, it is now possible to proceed with the '''immediate and on-the-spot creation of a new trade account''' with said TRN. This speeds up the process of issuing a document to an unregistered TRN.

In order to enable this feature, the user is required to:

* Select the '''NO_TRN_NEW_TRADE_ACC''' classification in the document type

It is now possible to select a document type in the “Receipts (by list of claims)” process (Menu: Accounting / Collections & Payments/ Receipts (by list of claims)).

In the open claims collection step of the “Select payment method” process, the document type declared in the general company parameter is the default. However, it is now also possible to select another document type.

== Shortcut keys for Shortcuts ==

[[File:ERP-BG02-5.5.0.0-image7.png|490x426px]]It is now possible to designate a key combination (Shortcut Key) when setting shortcuts, to facilitate users.

The key combination is stored in the shortcut details and not in any other structure. They load on application launch, but also in case they are designated / changed by the user during application use. If the key combination is changed, the previous one is deleted and the new one becomes valid.

All shortcut keys can be viewed in the “Shortcut management” (Configuration and Tools\ Development & customization tools), in group: Shortcuts There, the shortcuts are Read only, so that they can be managed by one place only (properties of each shortcut on the main menu).


== Menu configuration ==

A publish feature has been added to the custom menu Application Server (EAS) created in a Client. The Publish to EAS feature appears in the horizontal menu of the menu designer screen.

== Clear scheduling log ==

The ES00AssignedTaskLog table, which contains scheduling task events, now has a clear feature. The new option is in menu: Configuration and Tools > Users > Clear ES00AssignedTaskLog (under Clear Event Log)

Additionally, a new company parameter has been added, “When deleting the ES00AssignedTaskLog entries, the entries of the last N days are maintained”, with default value = 90. This parameter excludes entries from the last 90 days from deletion.

Finally, it is possible to schedule this process.
