This document aims to report the new features and extensions of Expert Version 4.10.0.1. First, the newly added functionality and features are briefly listed and, then, a detailed presentation follows. User guidelines and examples are provided where necessary.

A number of improvements have been made in the approval procedure / planning of payments as described in the following lines:

* New security privilege '''Show results in planning of payments''' has been added. By using it, the user access to '''Search''' action and thus the result shown on the screens above is defined. The actions of editing entries are different security privileges, for some versions now.
* In the procedures of approval and planning of payments when the payment method is '''Cheque''' then while saving a warning message is shown when the selected Bank Account:

* The procedure of planning of payments can create up to two different document types, for cheques and remittances, behavior regulated by the following company parameters:

Hence, two different fields for selecting series for each document type have been added to the planning of payments form. * In the procedure, it was added the ability to update the '''business dimensions''' on the payment documents generated by the process. This can be done by selecting the desired values in the corresponding fields added to the first level of the debt list. It highlighted that if one of the business dimension is selected in the '''Grouping''' criterion, then the claims are presented separated based on the dimensions analysis and the specific fields are preselected. Otherwise, the fields of the dimension are empty and the user may selected the desirable value.

== Customer pending orders ==

In several flows and most commonly in the sales order sub-system, we encounter the need to manage backorders after completing the overall orders cycle. Therefore, the feature of auto resolution for these backorders after executing the next phase of ordering (reservation, invoicing, etc.) is available. This, of course, also applies to other similar workflows.

Auto-resolution of backorders is based on the use of a transition rule with cancellation attributes, such as the transition rule: '''''157.COV=>RCV Anulare comandă''''' which, with the creation of '''RCV''' document, updates the closed quantities of the initial order. The order is displayed immediately without backorders. With transition of '''cancelled quantities''' in RCV, we also achieve the registration of '''Lost sales'''

Therefore, the extension concerns these scenarios in which a cancellation document can be used (such as RCV).

Thus, whenever a transition is executed as a step in a process, automatically another transition is also executed for the quantity which was not processed (i.e. because of insufficient balance) to remove backorders from the initial document.

Please, note that the above feature is supported in item and trade account code level, so you can select backorders resolution only for specific items on orders of specific customers.

The feature is available when '''the transition is executed'''. In addition, it is available in the '''Stock distribution to Orders''' procedure (menu: Inventory / Distribution processes).

In the trade documents where a pricelist is used, it is now available the '''commercial pricing date''' for prices and discounts. In this way, it is possible to apply on the document a pricelist in a different validation date from the issuance date of the document. The use of this field is optional; in the sense that if a value is not entered in the field, this field is updated with the document Issuance date.

The reference date for the pricelist is entered in the new field '''Commercial Date''' available on the Miscellaneous data page in Sales documents if system UI form is used. Alternatively, the field must be added to the used custom document forms.

The '''''CDV - Corectie dimensiuni articole pe documente de vanzare''''' document type has been added. Through this document type, sales data can be transferred from an item dimension to another. Duplicate entries are registered; one for the sales entry with the selected dimension value (that will be registered into the 1st grid line) and one with the initial dimension value (that will be registered into the 2nd grid line) for initial sales entry reversal. These entries concern both quantities and values (therefore, it is used when invoicing is completed). The quantities and the values in the 1st grid MUST BE EQUAL to those in the 2nd grid. Moreover, this document type may be used not only for Sales but also for '''''Self-dispensing''''' and Stock '''''destructions'''''. The update method selection is achieved through the “Update column” field, which has been added to both item entry grids. There are three options; Sales, Self-dispensing and stock destruction. The empty value in this field operates as “Sales”.
