Social insurance number
Added field Social Ins. Number on the main Screen of the Person, Customer, and the Quick views of these entities, when person of type Natural is selected.
It is now also possible to search a trade account by the Social Ins. No, by enabling the "Trade account search method" parameter in document types.
Address coordinates
When changing the trade account address info, Address 1, ZIP code, Area, District, and City, and once the address coordinates have been filled-in, a confirmation message displays now to keep the geographic coordinates. If they are not kept, the new coordinates will be calculated and updated when saving the address, based on the new address info.
Additional properties
- For properties defined as a Multi-select list, it is now possible to Search the ones to be selected by typing search text for the desired value, as shown below:
In the case of decimal-type properties, when the selected field value was 0, no content would be displayed in the field. You can now use the "Always visible" option, which was added to the Property groups configuration in area Additional elements:
New document
New document type IWC- Transfer intre depozite cu taxe de export was added to the warehouse adjustment documents. This document is used for transferring item quantities that will go through the Transit process. Filling-in the header Folder is required. The items being transferred (imported) with the appropriate branch and storage area are declared in the 1st items page. On the 2nd page, the same items are automatically filled in and on the lines, YOU MUST SPECIFY the branch and storage area FROM which they are being exported. The importing cost, as well as the exporting cost, is recalculated during Valuation/Costing. If a Calendar and account are entered where the article will close, the Accounting will also be updated. The posting should be done AFTER the valuation.

New tab in the item form
A new tab has been added in EBS, on the item screen with the name: WMS Info
It depends on whether the Activate Warehouse Management System is enabled (in EBS):
Configuration> Company parameters > Activate Warehouse Management System (WMS) >> TRUE
In addition, 3 reports were added, as well as in WMS, namely:
• WMS stock analysis
• WMS event log
• WMS item actions
Now there’s a more complete picture of the item available, with all the details that the user may need to see. Such as, analysis of WMS stock, the event log and item actions, just like in WMS.
Finally, it is essential that it’s possible to enter a new item (WMS) through EBS using the exact same process, like it was being implemented in WMS.

Shortcuts list
Changes were made to facilitate the use of menu options that open by right-clicking on the shortcut list.
In detail:
Group actions were renamed to Shortcut list actions. This makes it clear to the user that the options in this group concern the whole list.
In Shortcut actions, the transfer to other users is disabled when the user right-clicks a shortcut and enabled when they right-click a group. A single shortcut cannot be transferred.
The options in the Shortcut actions group concern the group or shortcut.
Function: Calculate value per scale
In the function "Calculate value per scale" a restriction was removed that applied on the values received and from data type int32, it now manages data type decimal. The new type includes a wider range of values and the change was made to cover cases of very large numerical data.
Manage multi-company data in Scrollers with preview
It is now possible to manage multi-company data in complex views (scrollers with preview).
More specifically, if multiple companies exist in one installation (and as long as the appropriate MultiCompany=true configuration has been set in the ESClientConnect.xml file), in Scrollers where data from various companies is displayed and a preview of the entity's form is set, the user can now view and modify data from any company.
Caution is needed in case multiple scrollers are used simultaneously, with a preview which is not covered.
