e-Invoice - receiving invoices with names having special characters

The functionality for receiving invoices from the ANAF RO e-Factura service has been improved so that invoices with special characters in their name, which are usually filtered out, are also accepted.

Bug Fixes

For the Romanian version

• A bug has been fixed for the D300 declaration - in line 30 (Exempt or non-taxable purchases) only the purchases with VAT Exempt regime were shown, not those with VAT category 0. In the Purchase Journal in the column of Exempt domestic purchases the amounts appear correctly.
• From the xml related to the BIT accounting balance the mention of the report to be used has been removed, as it needs to be customized and will appear in CSBIT\Reports.
• Removed a bug that prevented certain invoices received via e-Factura from being brought in.
