WMS Back Office extensions

Extension of the Action and Request entities

Extensions were made to the ESWMActionItem and ESWMRequestItem tables in this version.

The following fields were added:

• StringField1
• StringField2
• NumericField1
• NumericField2
• Flag1
• Flag2

In addition, a new Status field was added to the ESWMActionItem table to monitor the future modification status of the entry. The field accepts the following values:

• 0 – Initial
• 1 – Processed
• 2 – Complete

Support for partial shipment of documents

Added support for the partial shipment of documents in the context of integrations.

For this purpose, the new Sent field is utilized, which allows the shipment monitoring of the individual lines of a document.

Through this functionality, it is possible to:

• ship part of the document
• re-send remaining lines at a later time
• better control of the shipment flow in cases of gradual process execution

Improvements in the SoftOne ERP integration

Improvements were made to the integration with SoftOne ERP to support more complex data exchange scenarios.

More specifically:

• multiple document downloads are now supported by SoftOne ERP
• it’s now possible to send them to different EBS series, depending on the flow
• multi-flow management between the two systems is now supported
• documents can now be sent to SoftOne ERP from a different stage/part of the workflow

Extension of the receipt documents download process from Softone ERP

The document management has been extended with multi-series support per integration flow.
More specifically, it is now possible to:

• download documents from one or more series
• send them to a different series in the target system, depending on the flow

The management of multiple documents within the same flow is also supported now, as well as their delivery to different series.

In cases no assigned action is detected, no action is taken, in order to ensure that the process is functioning correctly.

Extensions for myDATA Transport (Phase B)

As part of the support of Phase B of myDATA Transport, extensions were made to the ESWMContainerType table with the addition of the fMUCode field.

This field will be used to enable ERP to obtain the necessary information related to the packaging codes of myDATA during the process of myDATA Transport.

General improvements and technical adjustments

Overall improvements in the stability and performance of the application were made in this version.

At the same time, adjustments were made for cloud-based environment support, as well as improvements for better utilization in RF scenarios.
