The new sub-system Mobile Warehouse Operations is now available.

These are management tasks, that take place within the company and aim to promptly meet the company needs in terms of stock and enforce data accuracy. In order to carry out these tasks with speed and accuracy, it is necessary that they can be performed using wireless terminals. For this purpose, the new Entersoft Mobile Warehouse Operations subsystem was developed.

These tasks are:

  • Receipt from supplier
  • Return to supplier
  • Receipt from Head Office or Branch
  • Ship to Head Office or Branch
  • Receipt from 3rd party Warehouse
  • Ship to 3rd party Warehouse
  • Stock tacking
  • Check prices
  • Check stock availability
  • Item lists
  • My tasks
  • Branch tasks

Through this subsystem, the actions performed by a wireless terminal user are recorded in detail as primary data and then generated into documents.

Default customer search field

It is now possible to specify a default search field, on the customer selection screen, from retail receipt.

In version 5.0.10.0 is given the option to define a default search field on the customer selection screen from the retail receipt with one of the fields Name, TRN, telephone, club card (membership card), customer code or email. This version allows the 'All' value to be set as the suggested field. If set then the search is done in all the above fields.

This setting must be filled in by document type, in field DefaultTradeAccountInvestigationField, in the CSConfig\ ES00RetailDocuments configuration file CSConfig\ES00RetailDocuments.

The available values are:

0 – Name

1 – TRN

2 – Telephone

3 – Club card

4 - Code

5 – email

6 - All
