Invoicing and Financial administration
E-transport
- In the e-transport - shipment management scroller (menu: Inventory) it is now possible to update the status of ANAF information requests and create a new shipment. The “Refresh shipment status” action is available on the scroller and must be performed after having selected the scroller documents, for which you want to obtain the status.
- For tracing purposes and in case of failure to create shipment, you can perform the “Download xml” action available on the e-transport - shipment management scroller, in order to receive all files sent to ANAF and rejected due to errors.
- In configuration info of “Routing” (menu: Configuration / Transaction Parameters), two new fields have been added:
- Border crossing code
- Customs code
used to update the relevant fields of the e-transport shipment. The field values can be entered from screens

New company parameter added:
E-Transport - UDF field of the item to which the item code is assigned
To select the field with the details of the item you wish to reserve, to enter the item code required for tracking in e-transport.
In the document header, two additional fields were added:
Mean of conveyance 2
Mean of conveyance 3
which can be used to enter the trailer 1 and trailer 2 information required by e-transport
- In the document header details, the "Supporting document type" field has been added, so that the user can choose he document type in a shipment. The value of the field may be suggested by the value of the homonymous field present in the document type.
Stock Items
It is now possible to copy all relevant documents attached to the item, when using the "New by copy" action. This functionality can be enabled using the new company parameter:
Items: Move attachments during "New by copy"
found in the "Items administration" parameters category.
Delivery info
In the option given to create a new delivery address when creating a document, it is now possible to enter a city manually along with its description, without requiring it to be selected from previously saved cities.

OLAP | Changes & Improvements
New field: Ratio to first value
It is now possible to OLAP define a new "Ratio to first value” field in an OLAP. The new field is defined on an already existing numeric field and is calculated as its current value/ initial value as a percentage.
The cell gets a blank value if all previous values are empty, or the one that it finds is zero, so the actual / initial value is not defined.
Stop OLAP/ Cancel Query
If during OLAP execution the user selects Cancel or closes the window, then the query running on the SQL server is canceled in addition to the results display, to avoid delays. The same applies to the Scrollers.
Manage NULL as zero in expressions based on a parallel period
In expressions based on a parallel period, if the value of the previous or current period is null, then it behaves as if it's zero, so that the expression can be calculated and display a value in the cell, not a blank value.
Scrollers | Changes & Improvements
Create a configurable parameter category shortcut
It is now possible to save a selected category in the shortcuts, in scrollers with many different parameter categories. This way, when the user has selected a parameter category on the scroller and then adds the scroller to the shortcuts, the next time they call it from there, the selected parameter category will be displayed.
Synchronization
It is now possible to run 2 batch files before the Sync process begins and after it has been completed. The two files must be in the ESNoSync Client folder and be named:
- PreClientSync.bat / ran before Synchronization begins
- PostClientSync.bat / ran at the end of the Synchronization process
This new feature can be used by the administrators of the installation in cases where they wish to run a process before and after the Client Synchronization, such as e.g. pause the offline application server that runs locally and then continue, or copy local scroller layouts to another folder and then move them back into the app folder to keep users from losing them.
If, when running the batch files, an error occurs, it’s displays in the synchronization logs.
Screen clipping
The Screen clipping process - selected from the horizontal menu bar of the application - has been improved, so that the images it creates from bmp are now saved as png. The reason is that the large size of bmp (>5MB) images caused problems when sending them in chat.
Text wrapping in the shortcut list
Large descriptions of shortcut list options that did not fit, therefore did not appear correctly, are now displayed by wrapped text.
