This document aims to report the new features and extensions of Expert Version 4.0.18.2. First, the newly added functionality and features are briefly listed and, then, a detailed presentation follows. User guidelines and examples are provided where necessary.

Warehouses and Access categories
The functionality related to the Access Categories of Warehouses has been enhanced. It is reminded that until the previous version, through the access category of Warehouses, that is defined on the document series, on Trade and Transit documents one could define additional Warehouses to those defined on the Series Branch as available (i.e. this acted as an addition), while on Adjustment documents (where by definition all Warehouses of all Branches are available) this acted as a restriction (i.e. only the defined Warehouses were available in a document).
This version introduces the notion of forbidding the use of a Warehouse through the new “prohibition” field. Specifically:
- In case of Trade and Transit documents, all Warehouses of the series branch are available EXCEPT from those defined in the access category that is marked as “Prohibition”. At the same time the Warehouses of other branches are NOT available except when they have been defined in a profile that is, of course, NOT marked as “Prohibition”. The profile configuration where: the Branch Warehouse is not marked as prohibited and the other warehouses are marked as prohibited is evidently purposeless since it will merely replicate the default functionality.
- In case of Adjustment documents, where by definition all Warehouses regardless the branch are available, the use of the “Prohibition” field is purposeless too, since the existence of the Access Category per se is by default restrictive. If we wish to define that only specific warehouses can be used in a document, then those warehouses need to be included in an access category where the prohibition field is to be inactive.
Document layouts
- The available fields on document note lines layouts henceforth include the fields “Bank” and “Type” of the note.
