VAT Journals
- Several important improvements have been implemented in this version as regards the execution time of the Journals’ reporting and the corresponding crystal reports.
- Additionally various changes ensure the more effective and easier inspection of the results and the reported transactions. Specifically:
At the area of the report that presents the: «Domestic claims on a monthly basis» the exigible amounts (net value and VAT value) are now available by VAT Category.
The “domestic transactions” area and the “domestic claims on monthly basis” now include the Net Value and VAT value columns for the old VAT Percentage: 19%. This kind of transactions mainly concern item returns and transactions in previous years. Therefore, one additional layout is now available, that includes information about related to this obsolete percentage. Note that this info is not included in the default report layout.
Additionally the following reports are available:
Purchase or Sales VAT Journal: The initial layout of the journal, as we know it until today.
Purchase or Sales VAT Journal with payment requirements analysis per VAT category: A new layout that includes the monthly analysis of requirements per VAT Category.
Purchase or Sales VAT Journal with payment requirements analysis per VAT category (19% included): A new layout that includes, additionally to the monthly analysis of requirements per VAT category, the columns of the older percentage: 19%. This layout should be selected only if the corresponding scroller layout has been previously applied.
The two new layouts, due to width restrictions, do not include some columns that are not required by the Law.
Cash & Bank Journals
The Cash and Bank Journal now support the optional exclusion of the cancelled/cancelling documents, through the new criterion: "Cancellation documents included". The default value is YES.
