Entersoft ERP

  • Intrastat
  • New report for Import expenses

Entersoft ERP

Intrastat

  • Based on the guidelines of the National Statistic Agency, the country of destination/consignment/ origin of the goods must be declared. For arrivals, the code of the Member State of consignment of the goods must be declared, namely the Member State from which the goods were dispatched. This is not necessarily the same as the country of origin of the product. The country of origin of the product must also be provided for the case of arrivals. Note that the country of origin can be outside EU.

From the current version, in order to meet that rule, the Intrastat process takes into consideration the ISOCode of the country of origin which is assigned to the item’s master data. For that purpose, where is possible, the ISO code of the countries have been updated. Please visit the Country table (menu: Tools and Cofiguration/Customization/Persons/Delivery data) and proceed to the needed modification before executing the process.

Import folders

  • The posting of document Received services Credit Note has changed if this participates in an import folder. It now updates the same ledger accounts with the invoice but with opposite signs.
  • A new report for the Import Expenses has been added in the menu Purchases & Procurement > Pickups/Receiving and Purchases. This report shows the allocation in each folder for every expense document included in a folder and expense.

Send internal message

The option to send an internal message to multiple users is now available through commands. It is supported via a VB Script action in a command. The action must be as following:

session.BroadCastMessage(New string(){"user1", "user2"}, "message ")

Where user1, user2 etc are the user codes we wish to send the message to and message is the actual message.
