New Features & Functionality (Outline)

This document aims to report the new features and extensions of Expert Version 4.0.38.2. First, the newly added functionality and features are briefly listed and, then, a detailed presentation follows. User guidelines and examples are provided where necessary.

  • The automation “CreateVATProtocolforReverseTaxation» henceforth produces as many TXV documents as the distinct VAT categories

  • The available information on the application status bar has been reconsidered per user level.

Accounting

The automation “CreateVATProtocolforReverseTaxation» henceforth supports the rule of not allowing multiple debits and credits in the same ledger entry. For now on, the process produces as many TXV documents as the distinct VAT categories.

  • The Lot UI form and the UI forms of Stock Item classification levels (i.e. Families, Groups, Categories and Subcategories) have been redesigned

Entersoft framework

Application status bar

The available information on the application status bar has been reconsidered per user level. This means that the information related to the database, the users etc., that was available on the application status bar, is henceforth available only to administrators, in order to ensure simplicity for non-administrators and, at the same time, enhance security.
