New Hotfix installation tool
The new ESInstallHotfix tool has been created in order to simplify the process of hotfix installation. It can be found in the root directory of the application.
Using this tool, the hotfix installation process is simplified since the major fixes are automatically applied to the version.
The prerequisite for completing the process properly are:
- To be executed on the PC that the application server is hosted
- To be executed by a user who has full access to the computer, so he/she is able to read and write to any folder.
- The service should have been stopped and the application should not be running on the server.
The application can be executed either from the application folder or from a folder outside the application.
When it is executed from the application folder:
- Information about the application version is shown at the top of the screen
- The hotfix installation will be done in the same folder with the application.
- There are two hotfix installation methods:
- Hotfix Install from file. The hotfix is exclusively installed by using the rar file which contains the hotfix content of the version.
- Hotfix Install from FTP. The hotfix is automatically installed through direct communication with the Entersoft servers. Internet access is required.
When it is executed from a folder outside the application:
- Only the Hotfix Install from file option is available, i.e. installation using the rar file that contains the hotfix files.
- During the process execution you will be asked to select the folder in which the ESMainApp.exe is stored, i.e. the application folder
- In the next step, you will be asked to select the rar file that contains the hotfix content.
After the successful installation, a summary with the results of the process is shown.
The process results are also saved as log file in the folder EsNoSync/HotFix/ with a name like {Version}{DateTime.Now}.log. Also, the file used for the installation of the hotfix is saved in the same folder. Its name contains a label with the date and time of the installation.
After completing the installation, you have to change the custom version of the server in order for the clients to be synchronized and get the content of the hotfix.

System administration – .NET version
When users who have administrative authority are logged in to the system, the following warning message about the upgrade of the current .Net Framework version to the latest 4.8 version is shown.

Currently, upgrading to the latest .NET version is optional, but it is recommended so that you are ready for the next major upgrade of the application that will be shortly available.
To start the upgrade to the computer running the application, select the link next to the reminders. By selecting the link, the required installation files will be downloaded. When download is completed, you will be asked to give your permission in order to proceed with the upgrade.
User privilege profile
The Mandatory bank intermediation (MandatoryBankMediation) and Delivery terms (fDeliveryTermsCode) fields have been added to the available tables, in the area Restrictions exceeded in the Informative Data.
Sales statistics
The total of the %MG column was hidden from the following reports
- Business Intelligence/Corporate group – Inventory items/Inventory sales statistics
- Sales/Check results/Sales statistics – customers
- Sales/ Check results / Sales statistics – salespersons
Entersoft Analyzer
For the more effectively user access control to the various functions of Entersoft Analzyer, after upgrading to his version, the following new user groups will be automatically created. Users assigned to these groups will not have access to the features related to each of the following groups:
