Fixed assets
The method that the totals are calculated has been changed when the Summary per Main Fixed Asset parameter is defined in the Detailed Fixed Asset Registry report. Specifically, in this case only the values of the main fixed assets are taken into account for the calculation of both the grouping and the generic totals.
Documents
Henceforth, when the Delete Quantity Matchings action is executed, which is available on purchases and sales document lists, a confirmation message is shown in order to avoid unintentional execution.
Inventory items
- The item Measurement unit of the main supplier has been added to the available fields listed on the Inventory Item entity.
- The Message with excess option has been removed from the customization of Inventory Item - Control Policy, since it was not supported.
If this option is used, after upgrading to this version then the option will be changed to Prohibition.
The change refers to the following control policies:
- Control method - Stock Balance (Basic MU)
- Control method - Stock Balance (Alt. M.U.)
- Check season
- Check for item duplicate entries
Data interchange
The port of EAS that servers the Data interchange can be defined through the new Enable on server option that has been added to the control table or through the XML element SentinelPort in CSDataInterchange.xml. When the parameter is empty then the EAS used for the data interchange customization is used.
