This document aims to report the new features and extensions of Expert Version 4.10.4.1. First, the newly added functionality and features are briefly listed and, then, a detailed presentation follows. User guidelines and examples are provided where necessary.

- Improvements in Retail Documents –Packing process
Retail Documents Packing
Additional grouping of line items based on the business dimensions filled out on the lines has been added to Retail documents -packing process (menu: Financials / Closing Period Processes / Postings). Additional field grouping selection is done through the new Additional line groupings parameter on the action screen. Available fields:

- Dimension 2
The results of additional parameter selection for the line item grouping will be that during the packing of lines, all different combinations of business dimension values registered in document line items will be taken into account, so a line for each combination with total values of grouped lines will be created in the summary note.
Other
- The new action Select all debts has been added to the toolbar of Planning and approving payments processes window. Through this action, you select all trade account documents shown on the window (2nd level entries) for payment / approval
- In the privilege definition system it is henceforth possible to define privileges that concern the Recipient.
- The total of Expected balance column by group, which shows the running total of group has been added to the BIT type Liquidity review reports (menu: Business intelligence/ Review liquidity). Furthermore, a grand total of this column has been added and it sums up the running totals.
- The dialog of quantity registration by item dimension (F12) has been enriched and it can now be used to register quantities in measurement units that monitor variables (advanced MUs). Likewise to the document’s line, the dialog has been enriched with the known form with the MU variables.
